Direct Debit using NACHA file

In order to receive direct debit payments you will need to export your transactions into a file that you can send to your bank for them to process. Our software supports the ability to export your debit transactions using NACHA files. NACHA files are an industry-standard file format that a lot of banks will understand. 

In order for us to allow your EZFacility account to export NACHA files we ask you to please see the attached document and provide us with the information requested. It is recommended that you forward this email to a representative at your bank and ask them to fill out this document for you. After the attached document has been completed, please send it to our support team by attaching it to a trouble ticket. Below are instructions on how to submit a trouble ticket: 

From your EZFacility account click on the Help/Support Button located at the top of the page, then click on the Trouble Ticket tab. Fill out the form, attach the file to it (using attachment tools at the bottom) and when you are done click on the Submit Trouble Ticket button.
