This lesson will show you how to clock in/out of the time clock
Note: The IP Restrictions need to be set to access the time clock
Employee Time Clock
1. Enter your Username (The exact same username and password you enter when logging on to EZFacility.)
2. Enter your Password (The exact same username and password you enter when logging on to EZFacility.)
3. Click Login
Note: At least 1 Hourly Rate must be entered for that user in order for them to log into the Time Clock. (See How to Assign Hourly Rates to your employees in the Time Clock - Administrators Only)
The layout for every user is the same but what a user is allowed to do in the Time Clock page differs whether or not they have the Account Administration permission enabled.
1. Select your Job Classification (See How to Setup Job Classifications for your Employess in the Time Clock - Administrators only)
2. Click Clock In
3. Click Exit Time Clock
Note: When it is time to clock out you will need to log back into the time clock.
Click Clock Out
Exit Time Clock
Click Exit Time Clock when you have finished clocking out
Note: Each line is a “shift” which has an in time and an out time. For each shift you will see the Job Classification, Clock In Date and Time, Clock Out Date and Time, Duration, Hourly Rate, Total pay for the shift, the IP Address they Logged In From, and the IP Address they Logged Out From.
**To edit a shift click on the pencil next to the shift you want to edit. To delete a shift click on the red X next to the shift you want to delete. (Administrators Only)
