How to Invite Clients to Use Self Service

This lesson will show you how to invite your clients to use self-service (See How to Set up Self Service)

Clients

Click on the Clients link

New Client

New Client

1. Search for your client or create a New Client

2. Click the check box to the left of the client(s) name that you will invite for self-service

3. Click the drop down

4. Click on Invite for Self Service (See How to Set up Self Service)

Note: Clients will need a valid email address

Click OK

Click on clients First or Last name

Enable Self-Service

Enable Self-Service

Check the Enabled box, located in the client's personal information page (See How to Set up Self Service)
