How to Set Up Program Fee

This lesson will show you how to set up program fees for use when manually registering clients into groups or sub-groups. Program fees are also used for locker rental contracts for those with the Locker Module.


Click on Administration.

Click on Pre-Defined Items & Program Fees.

Create a Program Fee

Create a Program Fee

1. Type in a description of your item/service

2. Enter the price

3. Assign a Revenue Category

4. Check this box to use the Revenue Category associated with the Group

NOTE: If you assign a Revenue Category to the Program Fee, the Revenue Category assigned to the Group will override this Program Fee's Revenue Category

5. Click Add

Note: You can enter as many program fees as you wish and can easily remove unused or no longer valid items by clicking on the red X icon.
