On March 13, 2011, most US states will start to observe Daylight Saving time, which turns clocks ahead one hour. Because EZFacility calculates times based on the current difference between your location and Greenwich Mean Time (GMT), your account has a "GMT Offset" which determines the current time. Based on our data for your location, we will do our best to correct your offset automatically. However, if you experience any issues with the transition, EZFacility TMS/TCMS customers can manually adjust the offset to correct their schedule. EZ Facility 4.0 Customers will need to contact our customer support team for assistance with their schedules.

The Location Details and Time Zone record is now saved on your account. The GMT Offset and other details won't need to be modified after this, but if you need to make any corrections, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
