Why are the totals in my bank statement not matching up with my 'Deposits' report in EZ?

When a payment is taken in EZ Facility the system records the payment, sends it to the merchant processor and updates the report immediately. However most, if not all, banks and merchant processors have a processing window for CC and EFT payments of 2-5 business days, so your bank statement will likely not reflect the moneys received right away. Please allow and consider this processing time when reconciling your reports. There should be no cause for concern, unless of course it is way beyond that 2-5 business day window, in which case you will want to contact your merchant provider.
