Why are the coupons I put into my 'POS' not working?

A probable and common reason they are not correctly working is because no Start Date or End Date have been entered. For Coupons to work you must have a date for it to become active and you must have an end date. If it is an ongoing/indefinite discount, simply make the end date as far into the future as possible, that way you are covered.
