Why when I click into one of my "Groups" does the "Group Details", "Group Members", and "Sub Groups" not expand?

When clicking into a group and the group details, group members, and sub groups are not displaying there is an issue with the web browser being used.  While using Internet Explorer there is an option to use Compatibility View a Compatibility View button icon that can be located in the address bar.  If this icon is highlighted blue it signifies that Compatibility View has been engaged and is responsible as to the loss of function in the groups page.  To alleviate this situation and have the field naturally expand when the group is clicked into, compatibility view needs to be toggled off.
