Full Sessions will still appear on the schedule of MemberMe due to the "Hide Full Sessions Default" being toggled off. In the Self Service section of the Administration Tab there are not only Self Service settings, but also a few MemberMe settings. A common reason that people would allow Full Sessions to show is so that clients know when events are occurring whether they are full or not at the facility. On the flip side a reason that clients would want to Hide Full Sessions is so that there is no confusion with customers seeing an event on the schedule and thinking it is still open.
