In "Contact Preferences" why can I not edit the grey-ed out fields?

The greyed out fields found in Contact Preferences have been determined from EZFacility standards and will be included on the Client Page and OLR.  The only functionality in terms of editing these fields is the ability to choose the fields that you would like to make required. There is however always the option of adding custom fields you might find helpful with the ability to also make those required.  This feature allows you to capture the appropriate and necessary information from clients in order to make the process of registration more accurate and efficient.
