Although not required to use the MemberMe+ app, the Self-Service preferences effect how sessions are booked through the mobile app.
If your facility plans on showing your reservation schedule and allowing booking through the MemberMe+ app, the first step is to enable and configure your Self-Service options.
Setting up your Self-Service / MemberMe+ Preferences
Although Self-Service is not required to use the MemberMe+ app, you must enable and configure your EZFacility Self-Service options in order to share your facility’s reservation schedule.

Set the Visible Range for MemberMe+ Reservations
When setting up your Self-Service default preferences, be sure to set the Visible Range for how far into the future you want reservations to appear in the app. Depending on the number of reservations on your schedule, setting the Visible Range to a high number can negatively impact the performance of your app.
