How to Set Up Package Rates

This lesson will walk you through setting up Package templates used when selling training packages to your clients. (See How to Setup Session Types before setting up your Package Rates)

Click on Package Rates.

Package Rates Setup - Individual

Package Rates Setup - Individual

1. Start by selecting your desired Reservation Type

2. Enter a description for the package

3. Set the minimum and maximum session limit for the package (This can either be the same number for a defined package or a range of sessions)

4. Set the Price for the package and whether that price is charged Per Session or Per Package

5. Set a desired minimum threshold of remaining sessions in a package that will trigger the renewal notification on the schedule page

6. (Optional) If you have and use Self Service you can set the Sell Online option for this specific package

* Sell Online Options: No, Allow Balance - partial or no payment online at the time of purchase, Paid in Full - must pay online in full, using a credit card (Integrated online CC Processing required)

7. Click Add Package Rate

View your created Package Templates and Edit (using the pencil icon) or Delete the package rate (using the red X)

1. Start by selecting your desired Session Type

2. Enter a description for the package

3. Set the minimum and maximum session limit for the package (This can either be the same number for a defined package or a range of sessions)

4. Set the Price for the package and whether that price is charged Per Occurrence

5. Set a desired minimum threshold of remaining sessions in a package that will trigger the renewal notification on the schedule page

6. Click Add Package Rate

View your created Package Templates and Edit (using the pencil icon) or Delete the package rate (using the red X)

Package Rates Setup - Post Billed

1. Choose your desired Session Type

2. Enter the minimum number of sessions and the price to charge per session

3. Click Add Package Rate

Note: Extra Billed Item - Choose a pre-defined billed item to be automatically added to each invoice associated with a post billed package (after the post billed package is closed).

View your created Package Templates and Edit (using the pencil icon) or Delete the package rate (using the red X)

By entering Multiple Package Rates you can lower the cost per sessions as more sessions are performed within the post-billed period.

Ex. You close your post bill packages at month's end: if a client trained 8 sessions they would pay $45/ session, if the client trained 12 sessions they would pay $40/session
