How to Set Up your Membership Renewal, Package Renewal and AutoPay Run Time

This lesson will show you how to set up your membership renewal, package renewal and autopay run time.

Click on the Name of your Location.

Membership Renewal: Select the time you want your membership contracts to renew.

Package Renewal: Select the time you want your packages to renew.

AutoPay Run Time: The AutoPay Run Time option is only applicable for accounts that use merchant processing. If you do not have a merchant account, please contact your account representative for information on adding a merchant account to your subscription.

Send One Failed Transaction Email? Selecting Yes will send out only One email listing All of the account's failed transactions during AutoPay. One email will be sent listing all Credit Card failures and One email will be sent listing all Direct Debit failures. When selecting Yes you will get a maximum of 2 emails each time AutoPay runs. Selecting No will send out One email for Each of the account's failed transactions. When selecting No you may receive many emails each time AutoPay runs, depending on how many failed transactions occurred. Note that this option is only applicable for accounts using merchant processing. If you do not have a merchant account, please contact your account representative for information on adding a merchant account to your subscription.

Click Update Location.

Recommendation: Your autopay run time should be set after your membership or package renewal run time. Example: If you set your renewal run time at 12:00AM your autopay run time should be set at 1:00AM or later.
