How to Use the Email Template Library

This lesson will show how to use the Email Template Library to create new templates and edit existing ones.

Note: You can also create and edit templates while creating your Email Campaign. Please reference How To Send an Email Campaign

Administration

Click on Administration

Email Template Library

Email Template Library

Scroll to Email Campaign and click on Email Template Library

Create and Update Templates

Templates

Choose an Action:

1. Create a new email template

OR

2. Edit an existing email template

3. Click Select Action

Create a New Email Template

Template

1. Create a Template Name

2. Create an Email Subject

3. Create your Message

4. Click Save

Edit an Existing Email Template

Email Template

1. Select a Template Category

2. Select a Type

3. Select a Template to edit

Edit the Template

Edit the Template

1. Create a Template Name

2. Create an Email Subject

3. Edit your Message

4. Click Save as New
