In this article, we will review how to enable or disable common email notifications in EZFacility.

Alert EMail

The alert email field will determine the email address to receive an email notification by default. This will include credit card declines, Self-Service actions, Group Registrations, and more.

To setup or update the alert email on file, go to Administration, Location Settings, Location Setup, and select the name of your location.

Billing Notifications

On the Billing Preferences page, users can set up email notifications for billing actions that will be sent to clients when they occur. These would include expired credit cards and decline notifications.

To set up or update your email alerts, go to Administration, Billing, and Billing Preferences.

Please note: Clients can opt out of email subscriptions through self-service or these settings can be adjusted on the client profile.

Self-Service Notifications

On the Self-Service Preferences page, users will be able to set up email notifications for several Self-Service actions.

To set up or update your email alerts, go to Administration, Self-Service, Preferences, and Email Alerts. The alert email address on file will receive these email notifications by default, but additional emails can be added by entering the 'Additional Emails' field and selecting 'Add.'

Note: All email addresses added will receive a notification for all alerts selected.

EMail Alerts

On the email alerts page, the user can set up session reminders for Clients and Trainers. Users can also set up a Facility Summary email that can be sent to any administrator at your facility.

To set up or update your email alerts, go to Administration, Client Settings, and Email Alerts.

Online Registration Notifications

The user can add emails on the email alerts page to receive a notification when a client registers through Online Registration.

To set up or update your email alerts, go to Administration, Online Registration, and enter additional email addresses in the 'Send notification of all online registrations to the following emails:.'

Note: Users can set up notifications for individual groups when reviewing the Online Registration tab of the group.
