In this article, we will review how you can upload an external document or file to a client's profile.
First, you will want to go to the client's profile. Once on the client's profile, you will select the 'Activity' tab.
Once the 'Activity' tab is selected, select 'Log Activity'.
After selecting the 'Log Activity' button, you can choose the activity type, who in your account completed the activity, add a subject and a message, and here you can choose to add a file.
Please note that uploading documents and files are only available as an internal option in EZFacility.
