This guide will show you how you can upload an external document or file to a client's profile.

First, you will want to go to the client's profile. Once on the client's profile, you will select the Activity tab.

Once in the Activity area, select the Log Activity button.

In this areas you can add the following information

1 - The Activity Type

2- Which user completed this activity

3 - The Activity subject

4 - Message Text for the Activity

5 -  Where you can upload your file

6 - Save your Activity

You will then be able to view and edit the entry with the document attachment in the Activity Tasks area

***Please note that uploading documents and files are only available as an internal option in EZFacility.
