How Do I Use Money On Account

This guide will show you how to apply a client's money on account to an unpaid invoice

Clients

Click on the Clients tab

Choose Your Client

Choose Your Client

1. Search for your client

2. Click on the client's First or Last name

1. Here is where you can see if the client has money on account and if so how much

2. Click the Make Payment button

1. Make sure the Method is set to: Money on Account $xx.xx

2. Click Take Payment

1. Make sure the money is going to the correct invoice. You have the ability to allocate the money to the desired invoice(s) by using the payment text boxes.

2. Click Apply Payment
